An eligible crown in this program is two visits. The first visit decides whether the tooth fits the program. The second visit is when the crown is placed and the $799 is paid.

Visit 1: exam and X-ray

The dentist examines the tooth and takes an X-ray. That visit checks the amount of remaining tooth, the bite, and whether the nerve looks healthy. You receive a written price before any payment. If the tooth needs only the crown covered by this program, the fee is $799. If it needs something else, that fee is written down before you decide.

Visit 2: the crown

The tooth is numbed and shaped so the crown can fit over it. A build-up is added when there is not enough tooth to hold the crown. The build-up is included in the $799 when the tooth is in the program. The crown is checked for fit and for how the teeth meet. Payment is due in full at this visit.

If the plan changes

A tooth that looks ready for a crown can still need a root canal once the X-ray, or the preparation, shows the nerve is involved. You are told before treatment continues, and you can decline. The program does not start the crown and then introduce a new fee at the end of the second visit.

This is general information, not dental advice and not a diagnosis. Offer terms for the crown program are confirmed at a consultation.
